SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a kind, energetic, creative, passionate, collaborative Social Media Specialist to join our Jam Fest Dream Team.
- Must have previous experience posting on Facebook AND Instagram.
- Minimum basic graphic-creating and editing skills preferred.
- Must have an understanding of how Facebook groups work.
- Must be familiar with our June Lake Jam Fest culture.
- Must be trainable. FREE Advanced Social Media training will be provided.
DUTIES
Social Media Specialist is expected to:
- Post on FB and IG for June Lake Jam Fest
- Post on FB and IG for June Lake Loop Performing Arts Association
- Manage Friends of Jam Fest FB group
- Work collaboratively with our Event Coordinators
- Manage comments and messages
- Maintain and send social media Engagement Reports
- Develop our IG following
Position requires a commitment of up to 5 hours per week.
Hours generally increase in the few months leading up to Jam Fest and a month or two following Jam Fest.

Social Media Specialist will receive:
- 2 Dream Team Passes for all Jam Fest weekend activities

$300 per month stipend

SUSTAINABILITY COORDINATOR
DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a kind, energetic, creative, passionate, collaborative Sustainability Coordinator to join our Jam Fest Volunteer Dream Team to help us achieve our sustainability goals.
DUTIES
Sustainability Coordinator will:
- Assist our organization with transitioning all our sponsored events towards sustainability.
- Develop sustainability guidelines for our events.
- Advise our Board and Staff on product and program development.
- Implement initiatives within our organization that reduce negative environmental impact from what we do, thus making our events “Green”.
- Interface with local organization and governmental staff.
- Work with bands, volunteers, and event vendors to ensure compliance with sustainability guidelines.
